Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The adit was driven along the approximate contact between mafic metavolcanics and an intrusive quartz porphyry intrusion which might be related to the Jubilee Lake stock. The portal is located along a localized shear zone dipping 22 degrees to the north. One chloritic shear zone with a width of 3 feet, a strike of 36 degrees and a dip of 52 degrees SE is found in the adit.
