Access Description: The site is accessible by driving east from Wawa along highway 101 for approximately 5 km. The drill collar location is located approximately 1.5 km SE of this point on the northwest side of a small pond.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Diamond drilling in the area intersected 2 bands of iron formation (Judith Iron Range) in intermediate to mafic metavolcanic rocks of the Hawk Assemblage.

Lithology Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Drill logs describe a laminated chert and sulphide iron formation between 225 and 231 feet. In a second drill hole from the same drill program (MB-13-81) two additional conductors were found. One in a chlorite-chert horizon and the second in a banded chlorite-biotite-calcite quartz schist.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Assays from drill hole MB-4-81 returned values of0.001 to 0.005 oz/t Au, 0.04 to 0.05 oz/t Ag, 0.06 - 0.16% Cu and 0.07-1.16% Zn. Assays from MB-13-81 returned values of less than 0.005 oz/t Au, 1.3 - 2.1 oz/t Ag, 0.221 - 0.81% Cu and 0.255 - 0.321% Zn.
