Access Description: The site is accessible via the Eagle River Mine/Paint Lake road. Drive west along the road for approximately 30 km to the Farwell Creak area.

1983-84: Tundra Gold Mines Ltd. - airborne geophysics, ground geophysics, mapping, soil survey, 19 ddh (8187 ft). 1996-97: A. Everleigh - stripping, trenching, prospecting, ground geophysics.

Lithology Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Mineralization is hosted by a series of five parallel narrow quartz veins and veinlets which are hosted at the sheared contact between mafic metavolcanic rocks and a conglomerate. The veins are hosted by a fuchsite-sericite schist.

Mineralization Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Surface sampling by Tundra returned an average value of 0.23 oz/t au over a 2 foot width and a length of 120 feet. The best assay from diamond drill core returned an assay of 0.49 oz/t Au over1.5 feet.
