Point Location Description: Grab sample west of Cameron Lake

Location Method: Based on Assessment

Access Description: The property is located approximately 50 km west of Wawa. The mine is accessed by travelling west on Highway 17 for approximately 48 km and then travelling down the Paint Lake Road (Magnacon Road or Eagle River road) for approximately 60 km to the River Gold camp. Traverse overland to the west to the site.



Exploration History

1983-85: Wasabi Resources Ltd., Chavin of Canada Ltd., and O'Brien Energy and Resources Ltd. - prospecting, mapping, ground geophysics, geochemistry.

Mineralization Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Grab samples collected by Wasabi Resources returned assays of 4.72% Zn, 0.03% Pb, 0.45% Cu; 0.16% Zn, 0.14% Pb, 0.38% Cu. Elevated Zn, Cu, Pb values were also obtained approximately 1500 m to the west along the shore of the Floating Heart River in 1985.
