Access Description: The site is accessible via the Eagle River Mine/Paint Lake road. Drive west along the road for approximately 14 km to a disused forestry road heading north from the main road. Follow the road for approximately 4 km and then overland for about 1.5 km. Easier access to the site is possible via the University River canoe route from Knife Lake in Obatanga Provincial Park.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The mineralization consits predominantly of knots, seams and finely disseminated grains of pyrite and chalcopyrite within highly silicified, sheared mafic metavolcanic rocks.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Diamond drilling intersected 12 feet averaging 0.345% Cu and the second drill hole intersected 57.4 ft averaging 0.21% Cu. Grab samples collected by Jonsmith Mines returned assays of 0.56% Cu over 3.6 ft, 1.28% Cu over 5 feet and 1.22% Cu over 10 ft.
