Lithology Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The shear zone occurs at the contact between intermediate metavolcanics, gabbro and iron formation. The shear zone is characterized by chlorite-carbonate schists and quartz-ankerite veins. These veins are up to 30 cm in width. Barren quartz veins are also present, but are highly disrupted.
