Access Description: Access is via an 18 km all-weather gravel road that turns off of highway 519 just west of the town of Dubreuilville. Dubreuilville is on highway 519, 44 km east of the junction of Highway 17 and 519. The property is located approximately 0.5 km south of Lovell Lake and can be accessed by traversing south of Lovell Lake from the old Goudreau Road.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The showing straddles the boundaries between the Northern and Southern Domains of the Goudreau Lake Deformation Zone. The GLDZ is up to 4.5 km in width and strikes in a gentle sigmoid-form for at least 30 km, subparallel to the stratigraphy and the regional foliation. In the immediate Goudreau-Lochalsh area, the GLDZ is coincident with a major contact between Cycle 2 and Cycle 3 volcanics. There is a strong structural control of the gold-bearing quartz veins systems within each of the 070-075 striking high-strain zones within the deformation zone.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The showing is described as consisting of mineralization in parallel shear zones within a ridge of intrusive granodiorite. Irregular patches of rusty shcist on the outcrop surface indicate zones of gold mineralization. Subsequent mapping by both Amax and the Ontario Geological Survey, failed to relocate the showing and have indicated a scarity of available outcrop.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - An assay was reported by Cobalt Contact Mines Ltd. to have returned values of between 0.047 to .67 oz/t Au across a vain 40 feet wide (not confirmed by research). Assays from a drill hole completed by Amax returned 0.01 oz/t Au, 2.7 ppm Ag, 54 ppm Cu, 228 ppm zn and 40 ppm Pb.
