Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The showing straddles the boundaries between the Northern and Southern Domains of the Goudreau Lake Deformation Zone. The GLDZ is up to 4.5 km in width and strikes in a gentle sigmoid-form for at least 30 km, subparallel to the stratigraphy and the regional foliation. In the immediate Goudreau-Lochalsh area, the GLDZ is coincident with a major contact between Cycle 2 and Cycle 3 volcanics. There is a strong structural control of the gold-bearing quartz veins systems within each of the 070-075 striking high-strain zones within the deformation zone. The deposit is hosted by the same shear zone hosting the Magino Deposit. The Southern Domain is composed on an 70 degree striking, ductile-brittle zone of subparallel, dextral oblique-slip, high strain zones developed within strongly altered and deformed felsic to intermediate metavolcanic rocks. The southern domain is approximately 8 km long by 2 km wide.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Gold mineralization is hosted by veins and siliceous sections in a quartz-sericite schist. The host rock is interpreted to be a felsice metavolcanic (tuffaceous) and felsic dike rocks that closely resemble the Webb Lake Stock. Both the felsic tuffs and felsic dikes are strongly deformed and sericite-carbonate altered. The zone does not outcrop on surface.

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Three drill holes completed in 1987 had a combined average of 30.9 g/t au over 5.3 m in a steeply dipping zone designated Zone No. 5. Zone No. 7 is parallal to zone 5 and is located 30 m to the south. It returned values ranging from 3.0 g/t Au over 1 m to 29.3 g/t Au over 2 m. A continuous 900 m long mineralized structure has been identified. Within this broad mineralized structure, lenses of higher grade mineralization are present. These include several lenses at the Island Gold Zone, the Lochalsh Zone and the area between them.

Notes: The Lochalsh Zone has a 350 m strike length between a depth of 100 m and 220 m below the surface. Between the Lochalsh and Island Zones, Patricia noted that the alteration zone, as well as the grades and thickness of thev subzones, appears to be generally weaker than the Lochalsh Zone and the Island Deposit. Some deep holes drilled by Patricia indicate the probably down dip extension of the zones on section 14,650E at 500 m below surface (47.5 g/t Au over 1.55 m in PL-16 and 9.1 g/t Au over 1.95 m in PL-17).
