Lithology Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The showing is hosted by the west-tending Puskuta Lake shear zone. The shear zone lies at the contact between amphibolite and intermediate tuffaceous rocks and a tonalitic intrusive. The intrusive and intermediate beds have been altered to sericite schist and locally display gneissic banding. Quartz veins cut the shear zone and trend 260/80N. Seven auriferous quartz veins have been identified on the the property.
