Access Description: The occurrence is located on the north shore of Dickison Lake, approximately 60 km northeast of Terrace Bay. Dickison Lake is accessible by logging road from Terrace Bay or directly by aircraft from Thunder Bay or Pays Plat.

Dec 07, 2005 (D McKay) - Carter (1975, p.23) described the Dickison Lake molybdenum occurrence as traces of disseminated molybdenite in phyllonitic greywacke. Minor pyrite was also present within the country rock.
