Mineralization Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (D McKay) - Schnieders et al. (1996) provide the following comments: During a period between 1983 and 1987 over 30 samples were submitted by N. Hibbart from the Gravel River - Dickison Lake area and assayed by the Resident Geologist's program. Two samples submitted in 1984 (Sample 84-BNH-4 and 84-BNH-6) assayed 0.03 ounce per ton Au and 0.06 ounce per ton Au and are reported to have come from an area 650 to 850 feet south off the Gravel River along a small creek. This area is 2 to 3 km east of the Greenbush area and 1 km north of the Greenhedge Lake Fault occurrence. This gold occurrence has thus been named the Hibbart occurrence and these low gold values may correspond to the Greenbush Lake occurrence.
