Lithology Comments

Apr 02, 2014 (A Wilson) - A shear zone has been traced on surface for 300 feet. It is west striking, dips steeply south and ranges in width from 6 to 12 feet. The Milestone mineralized area is located at the intersection of the interpreted east west Klotz Lake fault shear zone and a north-south fault zone. Three gold-bearing zones are associated with increase in silica content either as quartz veining (up to 10 cm thick veins) and/or silica flooding, as well as increase in sulphide (pyrite, lesser amounts of chalcopyrite and arsenopyrite) content.

Mineralization Comments

Apr 02, 2014 (A Wilson) - One of 12 grab samples collected by from prospecting along the southeast shoreline of Paglamin Lake (Paglamin Showing) returned 3.25 g Au/t with a second grab sample situated to the southwest returned 3.52 g Au/t. Highlights of the Kodiak 2009 diamond drilling include MS09-02, 41.2 m @ 0.98 g Au/t from 62-103 m, MS10-08, with 6.4 m @ 3.1 g Au/t from 122-128 m, and MS10-27 with 1.02 g Au/t over 38.2 m, from 246 m to 285 m and MS10-38 with 2.56 g Au/t over 30.9 m from 143 m to 174 m. All intervals are core lengths. Insufficient work has been completed to date to determine a reliable estimate of the true width of the mineralization. The mineralized shear zone has been traced over a strike length of approximately 1.5 kilometres. The width of the mineralized zone is variable and can be up to up to 55 m. One hole MS 12-88 confirmed the near surface mineralization encountering 15 m grading 1.31 g Au/t and 26 m grading 1.06 g Au/t from 18.0-33.0 m and intersected 43.0-69.0 m respectively. Although both holes encountered extensive zones of gabbro at depth with some shearing and local sulphides no significant gold mineralization was encountered. Highlights from the Canamax drilling program include the delineation of three gold zones along the 2 km long gold bearing shear zone. Individual gold shoots have been traced for 550 m. Drilling highlights include 10 m @ 6.69 g/t including 40.50 g/t Au over 1.45m, 19 m @ 1.94 g/t,. The metallurgical study returned gold head grades for composites A, B and C were 1.48 g/t, 1.40 g/t and 0.52 g/t, respectively.
