Lithology Comments

Mar 25, 2014 (D Draper) - Shell hole (drilled north) cut alternating zones of massive, very fine-grained pyrrhotite and fine-grained, dark blue-green magnetite-rich iron formation from 60m to 90.6m. McKinnon hole (150 m SE of Shell hole and drilled southeast) cut felsic, intermediate and mafic tuffs; sulphide iron formation containing sections of massive pyrrhotite was encountered from 54.4m to 82.6m.

Mineralization Comments

Mar 25, 2014 (D Draper) - Shell hole 7609-78-4: A 1-meter section of pyrrhotite-rich iron formation (75.64 - 76.64m downhole) assayed 0.02 opt Au. Subsequent sampling over 16m of the pyrrhotite-IF zone of the Shell core in 1990 returned assays up to 1277 ppb Au. (DCL TI0279). McKinnon hole 7-17-1: Sampling of the iron formation returned assays up to 3.33 g/t Au. Trace arsenopyrite and galena noted in log.
