Lithology Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - Elevated base metal values are obtained from a series of sulphide rich schists in drill core. The highest values were recovered from a felsic quartz-feldsapr-biotite-graphite-sulphide schist lying below a unit of graphitic argillite or greywacke.

Mineralization Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (A Wilson) - The best assay was returned from a 0.92 m section of drill core. It returned 4950 ppm Zn, 206 ppm Cu, 114 ppm Ni. Other assays from the drill hole fell within the following ranges: Zn - 74 to 3080 ppm; Cu - 26 to 310 ppm; Ni - 14 to 163 ppm. Some sections of core display massive to semi-massive sulphide stringers and lenses. In the metasediments, sulphides are observed to replace the matrix locally.
