Location Method: Conversion from MDI

Access Description: Proceed west on Highway 11-17 to Highway 588. Turn left on Highway 588 and proceed west for 15.2 km to Highway 595. Turn left onto Highway 595 and proceed sourth for 6.4 km through South Gillies to Concession II road and proceed west for 2.3 km to a band in the road. Park vehicle at bend in road. Shaft is located 80 m SE from this corner.

Mineralization Comments

Feb 06, 2018 (Therese Pettigrew) - The vein, which was 1.2 m wide on the surface, was composed of fluorite, quartz, sphalerite, calcite and argentite. The April 5, 1890 edition of the Engineering and Mining Journal gives an assay of $8-$15/ton from the occurrence.
