Mineralization Comments

Feb 07, 2018 (Therese Pettigrew) - The vein material is entirely calcite and cements a fracture zone 1 foot wide and exposed for 25 feet. It strikes north 83 degrees east and is vertical. The country rock is a capping sill of diabase 40 feet thick, resting on Animikie iron formation (Tanton, 1931). Specks of silver and galena have been reported.
