Feb 24, 2020 (Therese Pettigrew) - On the west end of the property, some trenching has been done on the SE end of a small beaver lake, on an exposure of sphalerite. Three trenches were sunk on this showing to a depth of 4 feet and the length of the showing as exposed by the trenches is 175 feet. Mineral content observed was sphalerite and amethyst quartz. The width of the structure varied from 6 inches to 4 feet in the exposed areas and was visually estimated at 12% Zn. Samples returned 9.10% Zn, 16.15% Zn, and 31.90% Zn (report in Thunder Bay Mineral Deposit files).
