1887: Referred to as mining Mining Location R 213 a reival claim of ownership between Adolphe Perras and T.H. Hulburt was placed before the mining commisionor. A number of test pits had been ompleted to a depth of 25 feet. 1889: Claim ownership awarded to T.H.Hulbert. The 3 original pits are deepened to shafts. Number 4 pit produces visible argentite and native silver. Hurlbert passes away. 1890: Property is puchased by D.H. Bacon. 1912: Ownership transferred to A.Bishop and later to Right of Way Mines. 1936: Claims lapse.
