Sep 25, 2018 (Therese Pettigrew) - Copper mineralization along and near a contact between granite and metavolcanics. It is about 5.5 m wide in a pit but could only be traced about 45.7 m by drilling. Drilling gave low copper values over 1-5 feet (Thomson et al., 1957). E.G. Pye’s comments in the RGP mineral deposit files indicate that 3 grab samples were taken and submitted for assays. The assays are not in the file, but he commented that they indicate only negligible amounts of base metals to be present.
