Lukosius-Sanders completed a VLF survey and geological mapping. 1987: Discovery West Corp. optioned the property and carried out trenching, line-cutting, IP and Magnetic surveys. 1988: A 14 hole drill program (2 118 m), including 2 DDH on the showing, was undertaken plus trenching-stripping. 1989: T. Sanders drilled 1 DDH totaling 106.32 m. 1989: J. Lukosius-sanders carried out prospecting and sampling. 1990: J. Lukosius-Sanders received an OPAP grant and completed mapping and prospecting along grid-lines. 2002: Alto Ventures staked the area of the showing. 2004: Alto Ventures contracted Clark Exploration to complete a prospecting program over the west side of Burchell Lake. 2005: Alto Ventures flew a 250 line-km VTEM and magnetic survey over the greater Coldstream property. 2009: Foundation Resources completed a geological mapping and geochemical sampling over areas of historic work as well as shear zones and areas known to host quartz-feldspar porphyries. 2011: Prospecting and sampling program and two geophysical surveys were conducted over the showing.

Oct 10, 2018 (Andrew Tims) - Intermediate to felsic volcanics at south end of trench have variable pyrite-chalcopyrite and epidote alteration. Grab samples contain 325 ppb Au and 0.12% Cu. Near the middle of the trench, the sheared east-west contact between the intermediate volcanic and a diorite is a pyritic chlorite-biotite schist with gold values as high as 3.38 g/t Au. The north part of the trench is altered sheared diorite. One metre channel samples are in the 100 to 500 ppb Au range, with a high of 560 ppb Au and 0.35% Cu. A grab sample at the north end returned 3.87 g/t Au (Lavigne et al., 1991).
Oct 10, 2018 (Therese Pettigrew) - The best assay from DDH 89-1 was 1990 ppb Au at 105.6 m in a mafic to intermediate tuff with epidote alteration and 1-2% pyrite with trace pyrrhotite and magnetite (AFRI 52B10SE0033).
