Access Description: Northern end of Line Bay of Pipestone Lake.



Exploration History

A group of claims was staked on the north side of Line bay in Pipestone Lake, during the summer of 1934 by Charles Phinney and Geo. L. Sullivan and sons. Some small gold-bearing veins were uncovered during the summer. A flat-lying vein in basic greenstone, 15.2 centimetres in width, contains some sulphides and visible gold but had not been traced any appreciable distance. (ODM ARV 44, part 4, p. 24, 1935)
