Mineralization Comments

Oct 27, 2017 (Therese Pettigrew) - This occurrence is noteworthy in that it may represent a lateral extension of the mineralization related to the Kakagi Lake Gold Occurrence. A grab sample taken Edwards (1980) 4450 m at N76W to the Kakagi occurrence yielded gold and silver assay values of 0.18 opt Au and 0.12 opt Ag. The sample was taken from a quartz vein trending N30W and dipping 70 degrees southwest, located approximately 300 m west of a small pothole lake, and which occurs adjacent to a lineament which could represent the eastern extension of the shear zone in which the Kakagi Lake occurrence is located.
