Lithology Comments

Feb 15, 2011 (J Bongfelt) - 'Much of the property is underlain by andesite and basalt. Coarser grained mafic rock, probably intrusive gabbro, extends north from Empire Lake to Goldilocks Lake, through the centre of the claim group. A crescent-shaped body of diorite occurs in the northeastern claims, and has been cut by felsic porphyry dikes. Most of the rocks are altered, and carbonate is abundant in places.' Mineralization Comments

Feb 15, 2011 (J Bongfelt) - 'DD Hole No.3 - A mineralized silicified shear located on claim K-18006 was sampled on surface and the results obtained were: 1.80 Au/oz.; 1.00 Ag/oz; 1.66% Cu.' (Kenora AF 52F/05NE, C-1, Chipman Lake Mines Ltd. - Report pg.3) Surface sampling indicated 1.80 ounces of gold and 1.00 ounce of silver per ton, and 1.66 percent copper across 3.0 feet (0.9 m). The drill intersections contained minor amounts of pyrite, pyrrhotite, and chalcopyrite, but only traces of gold and silver. Best drill core assay was 0.02 oz./ton Au. (ODM GR.111, 1976, pg.34 & Kenora AF 52F/05NE, C-1 - Section D.D. Holes 3 & 4 Drawing)
