Mineralization Comments

Oct 10, 2017 (R Tuomi) - Best intersections from the 1956 drill program assayed 0.68% Cu and 0.15% Cu. Mineralization included pyrite, pyrrhotite, and chalcopyrite. Sulphide minerals occur along fractures and in interpillow spaces.

Oct 10, 2017 (Therese Pettigrew) - This copper showing is a lens of pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite 10 m long, in a NW-trending shear zone. Assays of chip samples across 5-foot widths were reported as ranging between 0.59% and 2.16% Cu with low values of gold. Grab samples collected during the 2008 program returned values of 1.35% Cu and 0.8 gpt Au (AFRI 20000004085). There is a similar mineralized zone 20 m south of the Base Line showing, which contains narrow sections with up to 0.68% Cu, but these sections are widely separated (Davies, 1973).
