Exploration History

1939: trenching and pitting. 1984: Bigstone Minerals Ltd. and Anglo Canadian Mining Corp. conducted geological mapping, prospecting, trenching, geophysics, and drilled 11 DDH totalling 334.4 m. 1986: Bigstone Minerals Ltd. and Anglo Canadian Mining Corp. drilled 3 DDH totalling 101.5 m.

Sep 28, 2017 (C Ravnaas) - Best assay: 0.105 opt Au over 4.0 ft in BR-4-84.


Sep 28, 2017 (Therese Pettigrew) - The Patmour showing is hosted in a massive, white to grey, quartz-carbonate vein, 1.5 ft thick and exposed on surface over a 30 ft strike length. Grab samples taken in 1984 assayed 20.24 opt Au and 26.88 opt Au. The best drill results included 0.126 opt Au over 3 ft and 0.105 opt Au over 4 ft (AFRI 52F05SE0057).
