Mineralization Comments

Oct 11, 2017 (C Ravnaas) - Best assay: 0.44% Cu from grab sample. Mineralization in 1984 drill holes included minor pyrite and chalcopyrite. Alteration included carbonatization and silicification.

Oct 11, 2017 (Therese Pettigrew) - A trench sample from the 1983 program assayed 573 ppm Cu and 4.8 ppm silver. Hole AC 86-4 cut a very altered zone from 8.6-27.1 m with numerous quartz veinlets, 4-15% pyrite, chalcopyrite, and green mica. Numerous quartz veins and brecciated, silicified zones were encountered, but the best gold assay obtained was 0.02 opt Au (0.62 ppm Au). Hole AC 86-7 had well-developed quartz veins, high pyrite content, good alteration and brecciation and large clots of chalcopyrite and green mica. No gold was found in assay. A similar altered zone was found in AC 86-9, but the best gold assay was 0.02 opt Au (0.62 ppm Au), with an average of 0.013 opt Au over 71 inches (0.4 ppm Au over 1.8 m) (AFRI 52F05SE0062).
