Lithology Comments

Jul 18, 2022 (Q Unknown) - The H.W. Occurrence consists of two pits 9.0 metres apart. The geology is observed as fine-grained, rusty weathering, 4.5 metre granite dike striking N85°E, cutting basalt. Minor quartz is observed in places in the pits. In dump, rusty-weathering white quartz, in part vuggy, with marcasite. (ARV69, pt 6, pg.26)
