Feb 11, 2011 (J Bongfelt) - ' The Eagle Lake area is underlain by an east-northeast trending, vertical to steeply dipping, north facing, locally isoclinally folded suite of Archean mafic to felsic metavolcanic rocks which are located in the western portion of the Wabigoon subprovince. The Wabigoon fault system separates these rocks from metasedimentary gneiss and granitoid rocks of the English river subprovince to the north.' (Kenora AF 52F/11NE, EE-15, International Platinum Corp., DD Report, p.5-6)
Feb 11, 2011 (J Bongfelt) - 'Area C lies to the east of and adjacent to area of the fall of 1989 drill program. A major felsic to mafic lithological contact traverses this area along which significant Zn values have been obtained. In addition, the fall of 1989 UTEM survey indicates the conductor along which the zinc mineralization occurs improves in this direction.'
