1950: El Pen Ray Mines drilled 2 DDH totaling 219.8 m. 1981: Braeswood Explorations Ltd. conducted magnetic and EM surveys. 1990: Tri Origin Exploration Ltd. carried out prospecting, conducted an IP survey, and drilled 3 DDH.

Mineralization Comments

Jun 30, 2020 (Therese Pettigrew) - El Pen Ray’s DDH 2 returned 0.05 oz/t Au over 5.2 feet (1.71 g/t Au over 1.58 m) from a banded iron formation with pyrite and pyrrhotite (Assessment report 52F16NE8582). Tri Origin’s DDH 90-1 returned up to 0.744 ppm Au over 3.5 feet (1.1 m) from fine-grained pyrite interbedded with greywacke (Assessment report 52F16NE8084).
