Dec 07, 2005 (D Farrow) - Field visit (Nov., 1950): Granodiorite dike ~150 ft wide, mineralized with 5% sulphides (Py, Cpy) - cut by qtz veining containing some carb, sulphides. Drill logs show alternating intermed lava/granodiorite with minor qtz porph intersections.
Jun 30, 2020 (Therese Pettigrew) - NE-trending intermediate to basic metavolcanics intruded by irregular masses of quartz porphyry (Garratt and Beard, 1976).

Jun 30, 2020 (Therese Pettigrew) - A NE-trending granodiorite dyke averaging 100 ft. (30.5 m) in width traced for a length of 2,000 ft. (609.6 m), contains low concentrations of gold mineralization in the walls of quartz-filled tension fractures. Similar mineralization found in parallel dike to the NE which was traced for 1,000 ft. (304.8 m). Drilling and trenching said to have outlined a dyke for a length of 6,500 ft (1981.2 m) (Beard and Garratt, 1976).
