Mineralization Comments

Jun 29, 2020 (Therese Pettigrew) - Molybdenite occurs in granite and pegmatite cutting hornblende schist along granite-sediment contact (Johnston, 1968). Molybdenite, chalcopyrite, and pyrite occur in granite and pegmatite in drillholes 1, 2, 4, and 5. No assays reported (Assessment report 52F16NW0090). DDH 67A returned up to 0.3% Mo over 0.3 feet (9.1 cm) in a quartz vein contained in a granodiorite. DDH 66 returned up to 0.7% Mo from a 0.25” fracture filled with quartz and containing 5% pyrite, 0.5% chalcopyrite, 1% magnetite, and numerous moly crystals (Assessment report 52F16NW0057).
