Access Description: The property is located in the Glitter Lake area approximately 90 km north of the town of Upsala and 24 km east of the Mattabi Mine site. Access is afforded by the Graham logging road which connects with Hwy 17 about 14 km west of the town of Upsala. At kilometer 88 north from Hwy 17, a secondary logging road - the Brightsand Road - connects the Graham road to the property 32 km to the west.



Exploration History

1957: 7 holes drilled in the Div Lake area by N. A. Timmins Exploration Ltd. 1970: Ranworth Exploration Ltd. carried out airborne magnetic and EM surveys. 1990-91: Prospecting, trenching and sampling of a number of gossans in the Div Lake area by A. Benderite. 1991: Hemlo Gold optioned the property in 1991 and Norex Exploration did reconnaissance geological and prospecting surveys, gridding, soil and humus geochemical surveys, trenching and rock geochemistry over the area. 1992: Morrisette Drilling Ltd. drilled 6 holes totalling 780 m for Norex Exploration in the spring. 1993: A. Benderite did stripping, trenching and prospecting of the area. 2009: NEBU Resources Inc. carried out a helicopter-borne magnetic survey. 2016: Benton Resources staked the property and conducted sampling on historic trenches.

Dec 07, 2005 (R Tuomi) - MINERALIZATION OCCURS IN: arsenopyrite-bearing sulphide bands in schistose chloritic argillites within a mafic metavolcanic unit. 1992: DDH Q92-01 returned assays up to 0.065 ounce gold per ton DDH Q92-06 returned assays up to 0.062 ounce gold per ton.
