1964-67: Trenching, geological mapping, geochemical and geophysical surveys,and diamond drilling (24 ddh for 5590 feet) by Commerce Nickel Mines. 1967-68: Trenching, electromagnetic suveys and diamond drilling (10 ddh for 3106 feet) by Newmont Mining Corp. of Canada. 1987-88: Geological mapping, sampling and ground geophysical surveys by Imperial Platinum Corp. 2007: Ground magnetic and electromagnetic surveys by Vale Inco Ltd. 2014: Prospecting and bedrock geochemistry survey by Pavey Ark Minerals Inc.
