Exploration History

1967: Canadian Dyno Mines Ltd. carried out ground magnetic and EM surveys, trenching, and sampling. 1968: Canadian Dyno Mines Ltd. drilled 4 DDH totalling 324 m. 1991: J.G. Clark and T. Maitland carried out prospecting and geophysical surveys. 1992: J.G. Clark and T. Maitland carried out prospecting, soil sampling, line cutting and geophysical surveys.

Mineralization Comments

May 31, 2022 (Therese Pettigrew) - DDH 68-1 returned up to 0.02 oz/t Au (0.62 g/t Au) and 0.25% Cu over 5 feet (1.5 m) from graphitic tuffs with 5-10% pyrrhotite and minor chalcopyrite and pyrite. DDH 68-3 returned up to 0.06 oz/t Au over 10 feet (1.87 g/t Au over 3.05 m) from a silicified mafic metavolcanic with 20-30% pyrite in seams up to 1/2" (Assessment report 52I07NE0004).
