Mar 07, 2014 (A Wilson) - The dike is made up of medium-grained to coarse-grained, pale-green spodumene and coarse-grained to very coarse-grained potash feldspar associated with quartz, muscovite, and accessory apatite. The spodumene makes up about 30% of the pegmatite. It is of interest that its prismatic crystals pitch steeply north and in so doing reflect the dip, 45ºS, of the deposit. Sampling of the pegmatite indicated grades of l to 1.5% Li2O.
Apr 10, 2019 (Therese Pettigrew) - Sovereign Gold Company sampled the showing in 2016 and received results of 1.84% Li2O (Cundari et al., 2017).
