Dec 07, 2005 (K R Kettles) - The property is underlain by predominantly recrystallized mafic metavolcanics. The volcanics appear to be mostly flows which vary from fine to medium grained. The rocks exposed on the north shore of Bouzon Lake consist of recrystallized mafic metavolcanics and minor dioritic material. Porphyry dikes intrude the volcanic rocks.

These veins are situated in a quartz porphyry dike which is about 30 m wide and strikes slightly north of east. Grab samples from the smaller vein returned assays as high as 1.66 oz/ton (56.913 g/tonne) Au, and from the larger vein, up to 0.08 oz/ton (2.743 g/tonne) Au.
