Mineralization Comments

Jul 26, 2017 (C Ravnaas) - The ore minerals are petalite, ferrocolumbite, ferrotantalite, ferrotapiolite, ferrowodginite, cassiterite. The pegmatite contains abundant petalite, K-feldspar, albite, quartz, muscovite and accessory garnet, apatite, oxides (ferrocolumbite, ferrotantalite, ferrotapiolite, ferrowodginite, cassiterite, nigerite).


Jul 26, 2017 (Therese Pettigrew) - Pegmatite 10 has a max 10.3 wt % Ta2O5 (Tindle and Breaks, 2000)
