Access Description: The property is easily accessed by motor vehicle via the Cook Road. Cook Road departs from the Suffel lake forest access rd. Several secondary roads branch off the Cook road and provide good access to the ventral portion of the property
1937-1939: Horwood conducted regional-scale geological mapping the Red Lake area for Ontario department of Mines. 90% of the Medicine Stone porterty was examined at this time. 1978: Ontario Geological Survey conducted a regional airborne magnetic and electromagnetic survey. 1979: Texas Gulf Canada Limited conducted a base metal exploration program comprising of reconnaissance-scale geological mapping and ground magnetic and very low frequency electromagnetic surveys. 1998: Triex Resources Ltd conducted a program of reconnaissance-scale geological mapping, sampling and prospecting on the Medicine Stone Property.
