1934: owned by Cardinal Gold Mines Ltd. then by Middle Bay Mines. 1945: Miles Red Lake Gold Mines owned the property. During this time (1934 to 1945) some trenching occurred. 1963: Cochenour Willans Gold Mines carried out regional self potential and magnetometer surveys. 2003 and 2004, grab samples taken over the entire property by Gold Corp. 2007: Halo Resources conducted magnetic and IP surveys. 2012: Halo Resources carried out prospecting, sampling, and mapping.

Dec 07, 2005 (K R Kettles) - Intermediate tuff and mafic lava strike NW-SE and dip 75 degs NE. A trench at the contact of the intermediate and mafic rocks reportedly contains gold (Riley 1975). This showing may be similar to the Miles 'South Middle Bay Zone'.

Sep 30, 2020 (K R Kettles) - Gold reportedly occurs at the contact between a mafic lava unit and an intermediate tuff unit. 2003. Goldcorp took multiple samples, highest assay returned 5.13 ppm Au from a location approximately 300 m south of the recorded trench location. No assays were recorded from the trench location.
