Geology Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (K R Kettles) - Located within a large area of mafic volcanic rocks, 60m south of the contact with clastic sediments, this occurence is actually hosted in fragmental mafic volcanic rocks. Riley (1978) collected a sample of quartz at this locality that assayed 0.82 oz/ton Au.
