Mineralization Comments

Mar 22, 2012 (K R Kettles) - The ore consists of gold and pyrite in a gabbro sill. Assays from 1969 give 0.01 opt Au and tr Ag. 2003assay results from the channel sampling of the main vein range as high as 22.1 g/t over 0.5 m. 2005: DDH RGC-001, contained 4270 ppb Au over .085 m.

Jul 31, 2020 (Therese Pettigrew) - The Ledge 1 & 2 showings lie on a single structure interpreted to be approximately 375 m long and are open at depth. The structure varies from 0.5 to 2.5 m width (Assessment report 20000000647). The Ledge 2 (L2) showing is located approximately 130 m ESE along strike from L1. An interlayered sequence of felsic and mafic rocks simlar to L1 occurs on theis exposure. The vein is oriented approximately 115/70N and varies from several cm to 2 m in width. A subparallel irregular bull quartz vein occurs within the mafic rocks to the south. Local, minor pyrite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, and native copper were observed in the main vein. Assay results from the channel sampling of the main vein range as high as 22.1 g/t Au over 0.5 m (Assessment report 52M01SE2034).
