Access Description: Woman Lake.
1926-27: Woman Lake Centre Syndicate carried out stripping and trenching. 1969: Canex Aerial Exploration and Midland Nickle Corp. conducted airborne electromagnetic, magnetic and gamma ray surveys. 1970: Selco Exploration Ltd conducted a ground horizontal electromagnetic survey and drilled 8 holes (848 m). 1982: Goldfields Canadian Mining Co. performed HLEM and magnetometer surveys as well as mapping, prospecting and soil sampling. 1985-1988: Orofino Resources Ltd. completed mapping and humus surveys in 1985 followed by diamond drilling and magnetic surveys in 85/86 on the main targets. Trenches found on the property pre-Orofino. 2002: Consolidated Abaddon Resources Inc. and West Hawk Development Corp. completed additional till and soil sampling in the area. 2009: Hilltown Resources Inc. conducted a review of historic data as well as prospecting. 2010: Hilltown completed a prospecting, sampling and humus sampling program

Jan 26, 2012 (A McKee) - Grade 1984-86 - several DDHs: up to 0.06 opt Au / 1M. 2009: 0.937 g/t Au. 2010: 4.2 g/t Au
Nov 08, 2022 (Therese Pettigrew) - Early Precambrian gabbro encloses a vein striking N170E and dipping 90 degrees. To the north, the vein is 5 inches wide but to the south it splits into two parallel veins 1.5 feet apart which vary from 4-12 inches in width. Mineralization includes pyrite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, and some iron carbonate and native gold. The wall rock contains sulphides and carbonates. Between the two veins is a carbonate-rich mafic dyke (SMDR 00516).
