1968: Tashota-Nipigon Mines carried out mapping and sampling. 1970: Tashota-Nipigon Mines drilled 1 DDH totalling 120.12 m. 1988: St. Jude Resources Ltd. conducted mag and EM ground surveys.

Mineralization Comments

Jun 13, 2019 (Therese Pettigrew) - A thin band (7.6 m) of rhyolite at the eastern edge of the mafic flows is offset by a NW-trending fault which is filled with quartz-carbonate vein material with minor pyrite. A sample of the quartz-carbonate returned 0.08 oz/t Au (2.75 g/t Au) (Assessment report 52N02SE9900; Thurston, 1985).
