1920: Burwash conducted reconnaissance mapping, 1927-1929: shaft sinking and development work at Bobjo Prospect and Gressett Cameron Group. 1936: Little Long Lac Mines Ltd. Exploration and discovery of Uchi Lake Gold Mines. 1937: Thomson - detailed mapping. 1938: Bateman conducted reconnaissance. 1968: Selco conducted airborne survey. 1971: sinking of production shaft. 1969-70: Geological map of the South Bay Mine Site and surrounding area. 1976: Kerr Addison Mines, 10 DDH north of Triangle lake. 1984: Cominco - regional mapping, lithogeochem and UTEM survey. 1987: Noranda - lithogeochem and geological survey in the vicinity of Triangle and Horseshoe Lake. 1989: Placer Dome 4 DDH totalling 457 m. 1990-91: Minnova Inc, line cutting, detailed geological mapping and lithogeochemical sampling. 6 DDH totalling 2407 m. 1993-94: Metall Mining Corporation 3 DDH and detailed mapping. 1995-96: Inmet Mining Corporation 6 DDH and detailed mapping of Confederation Lake area. 1998-99: Noranda Mining and Exploration Inc. one DDH 243 m.
