Exploration History

1951 Heath Gold Mines Limited drilled 8 holes, H-1 - H-8 (2207 ft) - all holes intersected zinc mineralization - best intersection in H-8 with 2.44% Zn/5.2 ft 1965 Norite Exploration Ltd. Drilled 4 holes, N-1 - N-4 (1307 ft) intersecting up to 5.5% Zn/37 ft 1968 & 1971 Selco Mining Corp. conducted geological mapping and completed 9 diamond drill holes, (3633 ft) - DDHs UA-2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 11, 40, 45 & 46 - assay results were not released as part of work filed for assessment credits 1984 Cominco Ltd. performed reconnaissance mapping, magnetometer and UTEM geophysical surveys 1989 - 1990 Noranda Mining and Exploration Inc. carried out lithogeochemical sampling, VLF-EM and HLEM as well a gravity surveys 1991 - 1993 Minnova Inc. carried out mapping, lithogeochemical sampling, surface PEM and drilled 3 holes, CFL-91-1, 92-6 & 92-12 (1884 m) to the 500 m level, down hole PEM was performed on all holes 1994 Allan Spector and Associates Limited, completed a gravity survey around the perimeter of the northern part of Elbow Lake 1995 - Noranda Mining and Exploration Inc. carried out geological mapping, 1998 ground magnetic-, HLEM- & DeepEM surveys and completed 4 diamond drill holes, HL-96-1, 2, 3 & HL-98-4 (1944.8 m) - each followed by borehole PEM In 2007, the discovery of the Arrow Zone, originally discovered by Noranda, was further explored by Tribute Minerals Inc. 2009 Meyer, Claus Martin & Gerhard conducted a program of evaluating existing lithogeochemical data for the Horseshoe Lake property. Lithology Comments

Nov 13, 2014 (A Wilson) - The mineralization is hosted along the contact between a light grey to buff quartz-feldspar porphyry on the south and a buff to tan sericite-quartz-feldspar schist on the north. The mineralized zone trends N65E and dips vertically to steeply northwest.

Mineralization Comments

Nov 13, 2014 (A McKee) - Diamond drilling has indicated values up to 5.46% Zn, 0.91 oz/t Ag, 1.18% Pb and minor Cu and Au over thicknesses of 5-14 feet.
