1966: Cochenour Explorations Limited - outlined a number of airborne anomalies , ground follow-up was carried out to delineated drill targets, DDH program was carried out. 1977-78: OGS - carried out an airborne electromagnetic survey. 1980-81: Dome Mines - carried out an electromagnetic survey. 1948: McBuck Red lake gold mines - carried out geological mapping in the vicinity of East Bay. 1948: Dewsom Mines Ltd. - carried out 505 m of DD in 3 holes north of the east end of East Bay.
