1947 &1947: Kilbarry Red Lake gold Mines Ltd, did several thousand feet of diamond drilling, during the same time Virinia Red Lake Mines Ltd explored their property adjoined Kilbarry property to the east. 1950: Woodward Syndicate conducted geological mapping and mag survey on claims west of the Chukuni River. 1964: Perterson Red Lake Mines Ltd, acquired the ground. They completed trenching as well as a total of 1,422 ft of diamond drilling with 8 holes. 1966 Peteson Red Lake Mines ltd conducted trenching and diamond drilling in the area and to the north of Blamer Township. 37 DDH, 3,037 ft. 1973: Hudson Bay Exploration drilled a single hole as follow up to a ground electromagnetic anomaly west of Keg Lake, 1991-1999: Charles Peterson staked the area of the present claims, prospecting trenching and shallow drilling was completed. 1999-2001: Rubicon Minerals staked the property and optioned the property to Sunridge Gold Corp no work was carried out. 2008-2008: Perry English staked the property and optioned the claims to Solitaire Minerals Corp. Solitaire completed a 43-101 report on the property followed by an airborne mag and ground based VLF and gravity surveys. In 2006 an 11 DDH program totalling 2,117 m drill was completed. 2009: Ashburton Ventures Inc. optioned the Chukuni Property from Solitaire and completes a work program consisting of 18 km geophysical surveying, also in 2009 Ashburton completed soil geochemical sampling program and rock samples. 2010 Completed a 5 hole1007.4 DDH program on the Chukuni Property the program was unsuccessful in locating an auriferous vein system.

Feb 24, 2012 (A McKee) - GRADE 1964: NUMEROUS DDH'S, ASSAYS REPORTEDLY GREATER THAN 0.05 OPT AU, GRADE 1968 GRAB SAMPLES: NO LOCATION - UP TO 2.26%CU, 1.1 OPT AG AND 0.06 OPT AU, NOTES 1983: GEOLOGY ONLY - NO SAMPLES. 2009: 5 grab samples taken in the area highest assay returned 186 ppm Au and 1090 ppm Cu.
