Dec 07, 2005 (K R Kettles) - The property is underlain mainly by a thick sequence of mafic flows. A few thin units of iron formation are intercalated with the mafic flows. All rocks strike NW-SE and dip 35 to 50 degs to the southwest. Stratigraphic tops are to the southwest. Mineralization occurs in the altered basalt.

Dec 07, 2005 (K R Kettles) - A 0.915 m sample of core from carbonatized basalt contains anomalous gold values. Assays of this section from DDh #GR-83-5 were 270 ppb Au.
Dec 07, 2005 (K R Kettles) - The basalts hosting the mineralization have been carbonatized and are locally biotitic.
