Dec 07, 2005 (K R Kettles) - The rocks in the vicinity of the occurrence consist of an interlayered sequence of thin to thick bedded felsic tuffs. The tuffaceous rocks strike N 48 degs E and dip 65 to 85 degs S. The occurrence consists of an auriferous quartz vein which strikes N 40 degs W and dips 80 degs NE.

Dec 07, 2005 (K R Kettles) - The occurrence is an auriferous quartz vein which is 0.1 m in width, and has been exposed along strike for 19.5 m. It is composed of dark blue quartz. Channel samples range from 1.2 opt Au/.25 m to 0.20 opt Au/0.10 m.
Aug 31, 2022 (Q Unknown) - 1934: channel samples up to 0.35 opt Au over narrow widths. 1986: grab samples assay up to 14,740 ppb Au. 1987: 2 DDHs, best assay 477 ppb Au/ 1 m (NMK-87-10).
