Mineralization Comments

07/26/2019 (T Pettigrew) - The Beaver Pond Showing consists of sulphide mineralization in a 10 by 20 m outcrop of albite-quartz-(epidote-zoisite?) altered pillow mafic volcanic rocks. Chalcopyrite and pyrite occur as blebs and patches up to 5 cm across within quartz-calcite-epidote filled interstices between pillows and in quartz-calcite veinlets. Total chalcopyrite in the main mineralized zone beside the pond is approximately 0.5%. The bleached and altered pillow mafic volcanics are not magnetic. The outcrop is cut by a 5-meter long historic trench, oriented 150 degrees. Grab sample 65155 returned an assay of 40.22 g/t Au, 12.8 g/t Ag, 1625 ppm Cu and 248 ppm Zn. Grab sample 347762 returned an assay of 9.23 g/t Au, 41.2 ppm Ag, 1.69% Cu, and 744 ppm Zn (Assessment file 52N08SW2002). Gunnex’s 1963 drillhole #5 returned assays of up to 0.10% Cu and 0.27 opt Ag from a rhyolite with up to 50% epidote and 10% quartz in stringers with 2-5% pyrite, pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite occurring disseminated and in blebs (Assessment file 52N07SE0051). DDH SD-04-02 returned assays of 0.675 g/t Au over 0.5 m and 0.738 g/t Au over 0.5 m (Assessment file 52N07SE2004).
